Please keep your dogs in your vehicle until the previous users have their dogs in their car

Dogs to be kept on leads until in the secure area.

 

Entering/leaving The Ranch,  - It is the responsibility of those using the field to leave five minutes early to allow time to get your dogs loaded back in your car.

. THE SLOT IS NOT JUST FOR THE USE OF THE FIELD

 

The hirer must remove ALL dog poo after the

their dog/s and place in the relevant poo bins
 

The field must be left tidy after for the next person
 

No litter to be left on the field as this presents a risk to both dogs and owners.
 

Vehicles are left at your own risk and Golden Paws accept no responsibility for any loss or damage, accident or otherwise whilst they are on the premises.
 

Liability - No responsibility will be taken by Golden Paws for damage or injury sustained to the property, individuals  or animals whilst using the field.
 

Any breakages or damage to the field please report immediately, thank you.
 

All dogs using The Ranch to have up to date vaccinations.
 

Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised  at all times/
 

The agility equipment is for the use of dogs only and not children.
 

Data - We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding booking. The information is not used for any other use or shared.
 

If the user arrives late, their booking cannot be extended.  Refunds can only be given for cancelled booking if the slot is filled by another client.
